YOUR SPELLS
You should record every spell you do because if something goes wrong then you can look back and investigate why. Not all witches do record their spells and they have no evidence to go back on when something goes wrong. You should also draw the pentegram at the beggining of your book to guard it from unwanted enrgys as this could affect your magcik (as I said before)!

You BOS in general
Always consult the gods before casting a spell to make sure the spell is suitable
you can do this by; getting a bag, black stone and a white stone and put your hand in the bag if a black stone comes out the spell will go wrong if the white stone comes out it is safe to do the spell

What if I loose my BOS?
Do a simple Lost and Found spell all you have to do is sit down light a candle and vizulise the BOS and then ask the gods were you can find it! When you get it back bless it and cleanse it before you open it.
